Our customer, a thriving print manufacturer in North Mankato is seeking new members to their growing production team. We are looking for Equipment Operators to work on their evening and overnight shifts!

Shift availability:

• 5:00PM to 5:00AM, Sun-Tues OR Wed-Friday
• Mon-Thursday 2:30PM-1:00AM

What you'lll do:

• Operates equipment and machinery for folding
• May do setups, adjustments and cleanups
• Operates equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
• Reads and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery
• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of bindery equipment including folders and collators in order to assist other bindery personnel with completion of jobs is preferred but not required
• Production experience
• Mechanical ability

Job requirements:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
