Peoplelink Staffing is now hiring Machine Operators for one of our valued customers in McHenry, IL. Seeking someone who is reliable, great at communication and enjoys working with little direction.

As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for assisting with the manufacturing process of plastic injection molding.

Shift Time:

2nd shift: 3:55pm-12:00am Monday-Friday with OT as needed ($16 an hour)

3rd shift: 11:55am-8:00am Monday-Friday with OT as needed ($17 an hour)

Responsibilities:

• Remove completed work pieces from equipment
• Demount mold from plastic materials
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Work and communicate with other line workers
• Keep work area clean and organized

Skills and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Abrasive wheel experience is a plus
• Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and use digital scale
• General knowledge of power tools and hoists
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter and highly motivated
• Excellent time management
• Punctual and strong work ethic
