JOB SUMMARY: The Machine Operator II performs all tasks necessary to keep the production line running efficiently. This role is a multi-functional role. The Machine Operator II operates the line, checks quality, occasionally drives a fork truck/handles material, and is responsible for documentation and compliance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a safe working environment and help drive a safe culture.
• Operate high speed machinery.
• Completing batch records with the use of good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Help our team exceed performance metrics.
• Occasionally sanitize production tanks and lines for manufacturing of a medical device.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work space.
• Strong desire to be GREAT!

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

• Critical thinking and problem solving ability.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
• Basic math skills including fractional / decimal equations.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift.
• Must have the ability to lift, reach, squat, push, and pull.
• Requires occasional lifting of objects up to 30+ lbs.
• Technical aptitude is a plus.
• Must be willing to get forklift certified. (stand-up and/or sit-down forklift)
• Willingness to do what it takes for team success.
• 1+ year of previous machine operating experience is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 per hour + $1.50 PM shift premium

Schedule:

• Night shift
• 12 hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) 4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule
