We currently have a Maintenance/Service Tech position available, and are looking for a Professional, highly motivated candidate with a vision for excellence. Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas
- Complete assigned tasks related to unit remodeling
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Perform physical labor (i.e. lifting of equipment or heavy materials)
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Requirements and Qualifications
- Work history as a maintenance technician and/or remodeler
- Hands on experience with carpentry, electrical and plumbing
- Familiar with all phases of remodeling
- Willingness to comply with safety guidelines at all times
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Education and Experience
- General maintenance: 3 years+
- Minor plumbing and electrical
- Tiling
