The Moorings at Lewes is seeking a Full time Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! Competitive Rates! Great benefit package!Under the oversight of the Director, the candidate will work as part of the Maintenance team. Perform a variety of different services throughout the community. Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, renovation and other multi-craft duties requiring the highest level of skill, expertise and experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, painting/wall preparation and other miscellaneous disciplines requiring the highest levels of expertise and experience. Able to make use of an electronic work order system.
Maintain, repair, clean and inspect various equipment throughout the facility including pumps, valves, air handling units, ventilators, fan coils, compressors, motors, roof exhausts, etc.
Maintain accurate records of time and scope utilizing work order request forms.
Education / Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. One year of related experience.
Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
