Job Overview

Support all facility equipment during normal operation. Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment and maintains facility in top condition.

FT – $15 an hour; M-F 7:30am-4:30pm.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Perform minor repairs on all ground support and facility equipment
• Routinely inspects and maintains building and installed systems including but not limited to packaging and handling machinery, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, drains, shop, and grounds
• Assists with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems
• Responds in a timely fashion to problems related to facility maintenance and repair
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• The individual in this position must be capable of performing all the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Landscaping to include; mowing, weed eating etc

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

This is an entry-level position.

• Good interpersonal skills required.
• Valid Drivers license is required, reliable transportation and valid insurance (company truck for travel while working will be provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Generally, prefer 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather.
• Be able to use all basic equipment to perform housekeeping functions related to the facility.
• Be able to climb or balance; stop, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift (over 60 lbs).
