MAINTENANCE MANAGER (FT/PT)
Sundance Community is looking for a full-time or part-time
Maintenance Manager to assist in delivering superior care and service to our community. The ideal candidate will bring experience in caring for buildings, property, and equipment with the ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will take pride in keeping our property looking great.

Minimum 20 hours per week. Maximum 40 hours per week.
Pay Rate $20/Hourly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Building maintenance experience/handyman experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- People person
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, cleaning and debris removal
- Diagnose various equipment problems and repair or recommend replacement
- Maintain grounds including pest control, ground leveling, root covering, and general gardening
- Provide daily property inspection with weekly reports to the Association
- Participate in monthly property review with board members and contractor representatives
