Position Overview:
The Maintenance Team is a critical part of ECL’s operations, which is entrusted with the task of keeping equipment/machines and plant services readily available in proper operating condition. Ensuring the minimization of machine breakdowns and down time. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Evergreen may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Inspect Plant regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Assign CMS Work orders and perform spot checks on completed PM work.
- supervise and train Technicians.
- Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed safely and on time.
- Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
- Inspect and maintain safety and training logs.
- Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
- Perform safety inspections.
- Establish strategies to meet PM workload demands on time.
- Perform advance troubleshooting with the ability to teach troubleshooting methods
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:
- Must have completed maintenance training program
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Technician
- Strong knowledge maintenance practices and procedures.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices.
- Effective budgeting and performance management.
- Must have organizational and leadership skills.
- Great eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Must be computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools.
- Must have great time management skills.
- Must possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Essential Experience/Knowledge:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Two years minimum Industrial maintenance experience with automated equipment.
- Must be able to work with 3 phase motor controllers, read schematic, troubleshoot PLC's, (Inventor).
- Strong Mechanics of gears, bearings, lubrication rolls, power generated motor removal to repair or refurbish.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced; multi-tasking environment and to meet operational deadlines.
- Ability to present self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.
- Ability to maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers and client representatives.
- Ability to use all relevant electronic and communication devices.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in all OSHA and local requirements related to all assigned work.

- Willingness to be open to learning and growing.

- Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance.
- Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity in light of Evergreen time and attendance policy and/or client operating hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including work nights, weekends and some holidays.
- Must comply with any dress code requirements.
Physical Requirements:
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
- Significant walking or other means of mobility.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
Working Conditions (may add additional conditions specific to defined work location):
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily in a controlled, temperate environment; however, may be exposed to heat/cold.
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
- Wears protective clothing and/or Personal Protective Equipment required by the work environment or governmental regulations.
Working Requirements:
- Must have own tools.
- Steel toe safety shoes are required.
- Must be physically able to work in confined areas, work in high areas of the plant, climb ladders, and work with all climate conditions due to outside temperatures.
