Our client is the largest beverage co-packer in the US. 4 facilities in the US. Memphis is their largest with over 600 employees.

Clean facility - climate controlled!

They are looking for someone who can lead the team, but also be hands-on when need be.

This role will manage the mechanics that repair, maintain, rebuild, lubricate and install the machines, tools and equipment for the production lines of the Plant. The Supervisor will be in charge of parts, inventory and overhauls. They will assist with SOP's and help to ensure compliance. The Shifts will be on a 3-2-2-3 schedule, 6am-6pm or 6pm to 6am role and include a bonus!

Qualifications:

2+ Years Maintenance Supervisory Experience - packaging or food/beverage preferred, overseeing mechanics that repair/maintain packaging machinery.

High school diploma required, 2 year degree or more a plus
