Job description

Seeking an experienced Maintenance and General Labor Technician for a full-time position at our Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. Enjoy working as part of a team with great starting pay in a positive, caring environment.

We are looking for:

• Full-Time position Tuesday-Saturday 8am-430pm.
• Able to effectively address and troubleshoot repairs independantly.
• Experience: some construction experience (painting, patching walls, small plumbing repairs, ability to read tape measure, etc.)
• Able to lift more than 50lbs.
• Bilingual speaker - English and Spanish.
• Professional, courteous and friendly attitude.
• Must pass background check and health screening.
• Must pass motor vehicle records check - limited driving is required to pick up some supplies. Mileage is reimbursed.
• Must be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.
