Local housing community seeking a qualified candidate for a Maintenance Tech.
Ideal candidate must be able to follow direction, work well with others as well as work independently. Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, carpentry, and experience using landscaping and snow removal equipment.
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required.
Potential for on-site living accommodations for qualified candidate.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
