Job Responsibilities:

We are currently hiring a Full-Time/Part-Time Maintenance Associate in High Point, NC. The ideal candidate will be available from 7 am to 9 pm Monday - Saturday. · Performs minor or routine repairs of all buildings and equipment.

· Perform regularly scheduled cleaning duties including carpet, floors and tiles.

· Perform all routine electrical lighting maintenance including changing bulbs and ballasts.

· Perform routine plumbing repairs as needed.

· Assist in supervision of all 3rd party maintenance, cleaning or repair work authorized by the High Point ABC Board.

· Collect and/or complete quotes and budget request for all maintenance services and supplies

· Prioritize work to complete assignments in a timely manner.

· Perform routine inspections of board property to check for maintenance issues.

· Safely operate Board vehicles

· Collect and dispose of recyclable products

· Assist with the unloading and/or checking in of material received

· Safely load merchandise for delivery to various locations

· Organize warehouses

· Deliver merchandise

· Perform periodic inventory counts

· Rotate existing and new stock

Requirements:

· 2 to 4 years of General Commercial Maintenance experience

· Valid drivers license, position required to drive delivery trucks

· Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

· Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred

· Criminal background and driving record checks are required

· Safe driving record as determined by management

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Knowledge of proper equipment handling including but not limited to hand trucks and pallet jacks

· Ability to climb ladders, lift, carry and pull up to 75 lbs. without assistance.

· Pushing up to 300 pounds
