MEH is now hiring an experienced, full time Maintenance Technician to provide quality maintenance services to our controlled client base of residential and commercial properties in and around Bridgton, Maine. The right candidate will be a motivated professional with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Our quickly growing property maintenance company offers a collaborative, team-based environment that emphasizes supportive encouragement for quality results.

Responsibilities:

· Resolving tenant maintenance requests

· General ongoing building upkeep, including pressure washing, plumbing, painting, cleaning, etc.

· General handyman duties

· Servicing mechanical systems and warranty service

· Maintenance of property grounds, may include lawn care and/or snow removal

· Occational night and weekend shifts required on a rotating schedule

Skills and Experience:

· Handyman experience required

· Carpentry experience preferred

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Positive attitude

· Strong time management and organization skills

· Highly motivated

· Productive

· Good work ethic

· Team player

· Provides professional customer service

· Dependable

· Flexible and adaptable

Compensation

· $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, based on experience
