Avo Photonics (www.avophotonics.com) is a dynamic contract engineering services company that designs, develops and manufactures custom opto-electronic products for a large customer base. We design, prototype, and produce next generation products for a diverse range of markets including medical, environmental, automotive, industrial, aerospace, and communications.

We seek an energetic and creative artist to manage and enhance our brand story. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in managing cross-functional assignments with a critical eye to maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Learn our unique business, the brand, and the baseline advertising plans
• Manage outside contractors as well as generate your own creative content that supports the brand and energizes marketing initiatives
• Direct and/or produce photography, videography, graphics, and text content for use within multiple advertising channels; e.g. website, trade shows, social media, brochures, recruiting, etc.
• Facilitate the writing and publishing of press releases
• Curate all digital content generated
• Support trade show and industry events

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
• Demonstrated “eye for details” and obsessed diligence
• Capable of generating artistic content for highly-technical company
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
