Management Analyst

What will you be doing in this role:
- Analyzing and evaluating on a quantitative or qualitative basis the effectiveness of program or project operations in meeting established goals or objectives
- Lead fact-finding interviews to obtain information about organizational functions and work procedure
- Preparing written documents, including policy analysis and/or performance evaluation reports that provide findings, guidance, and/or recommendations that improve the efficiency and/or compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
What experience do you need to have to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, Business Management, master’s degree is nice to have
- Strong interpersonal skills needed to coordinate with multiple project teams along with multiple on-site customers
- Must be capable of working independently with minimal oversight
- Strong Microsoft Office background
