A 100 year old company and leader in sustainable energy solutions is interested in hiring their next Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager for their New Jersey Facility. The HSE Manager will define and communicate the objectives, policies, and procedures of the Safety and Environmental initiatives company-wide. The ideal candidate will be an influential change manager experienced in broad safety and worker's compensation experience, solid OSHA requirements knowledge, as well as safety/risk laws. The Manager will ensure that a positive message be continuously communicated and a proper course of action be taken to maintain a structured "Safety Culture" throughout the facility.

- Ensure compliance with outlined Safety Standards and related standard operating procedures. This includes qualification of adequate resources, and the implementation of all necessary systems including appropriate daily management systems, annual assessments and reporting of results.
- Establish health, safety and environmental goals that are consistent with policies and are aligned with each site's vision.
- Ensure sufficient, adequately skilled Safety resources are in place, and actively support needed activity and hold the organization accountable.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three - Five years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management
- Certified Quality Auditor ( ASG), or Certified Quality Manager / Engineer
