GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

- Conduct needs analysis, write proposals, and serve as an access point for employer related services and programs.
- Negotiate pricing with clients to ensure revenue earnings as well as provide service to community.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create customized contracted training programs and services.
- Utilize LERN tools, formulas, benchmarks to evaluate and meet or exceed division wide goals for the sales of training programs and services.
- Become familiar with other industry service providers, professional organizations and local development groups. Create cooperative partnerships.
- Perform other related work duties as assigned.
- Able to communicate clearly, concisely and logically, both orally and in writing.
- Be able and willing to represent the college in the most positive manner with prospective, former and current students, clients, suppliers and the community we serve.
- Work independently to make decisions, problem solve and manage multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Position involves working in an office setting. Occasional (10-33%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work. Constant (67-100%) sitting, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.
- Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Education or Business Management and 3 years related experience.
- Driver’s license required
