Platform common Services Lead, is a Technical delivery lead position requiring complex IAI program delivery expertise on RPA tools and AI/ML Technologies with strong interpersonal skills who can provide technical thought leadership to effectively influence other leaders and employees. This is the customer success and delivery lead role for IAI services in Computer vision (Pep IRIS), Conversational AI and Process discovery. This roles is required in the US to interface with customers to drive adoption. With increasing interest in Pep IRIS in PFNA, this role will be important to liaison with the business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Advance Automation framework for Community of Practice, and assist launching a training pattern that includes tool kits, processes, skills/practices, and well as support for early adopter teams.
- Develop Common RPA and Advanced Automation, AI/ML and Conversation AI templates and reusable assets that can be leveraged across sectors
- Help create advanced automation platfrom roadmap and own delivery on key milestones, capabilities and KPIs (e.g., adoption) related to the roadmap – including new, upcoming platfrom as well as upgrade and maintenance of existing platforms
- Explore new Automation technologies to be leveraged
- Partner with agile development teams to influence application modernization and migration to cloud platforms
- Lead architects, platform engineering, application managers, project managers, and infrastructure teams to drive emerging technology standards to industry best practices.
- Meet project timelines and manage delivery commitments with proper communication to stakeholders
- Collaborate and communicate with key business lines, technology partners, vendors and architects
- Experienced with agile development methodology (i.e. SAFe Agile)
- Conceptual selling and driving adoption; communicate value and output of complex advance automation and AI/ML value proposition and RoI
- Owning and Resolving issues that might come up during program delivery
- Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a change control process
- Provide leadership, oversight, mentorship and guidance to other team members for initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of materials to senior leadership
- Good Understanding on finance budget tracking, billing and vendor resource management
- Define and Mature DevOps process and pipeline including Build, Deploy, Test, Monitor and Measure for Automation, AI/ML and Conversation AI platforms
- Define architecture patterns and design and deliver process and template to deploy advance automation, AI/ML models and skills as APIs and other platform specific modular, consumable units on platforms
- Define and design criteria for AI/ML and NLP model performance measurement and help deploy measurement systems in production
- Define AI/ML and NLP model lifecycle and define, own and mature model retraining pipeline (MLOps Capability)
- 10+ years of experience with minimum of 3+ year RPA & AI/ML development experience
- 3+ years of experience with end to end project management preferably in CPG/Retail, Supply chain domain
- 4+ year of experience managing and leading team of engineers and analysts
- 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience as Technology Manager / Solution Architect using a sub-set of the tools like UiPath, Azure ML, Azure AI, Python, Azure Cloud, SQL, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage and or Databricks
- 2+ Experience in Architecture and design of cloud based solutions using Python, R, Conversational AI, ML, Deep Learning technologies, especially in Machine Vision
- 1+ years of relevant experience on UI Path/OCR tools delivering intelligent automation solutions (preferable)
Technical Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years pf experience and ability to lead Complex Project Program Delivery with geographically dispersed customers and teams
- Minimum 1+ Yrs on RPA Tools, UiPath preferred
- Familiarity with HyperAutomation Technologies - Conversational AI/Chatbots, ICR/OCR, Computer Vision Technologies – ideally, 1+ year of hands-on experience preferred
- Experience in Architecture and design of cloud based automation solutions.
- Familiarity with Cloud Technology and Engineering – Azure or AWS preferred. Cloud certification desired
- Familiarity with full-stack development and lifecycle (.net, python and/or Java for back-end and various modern JS frameworks for front-end) – ideally, 2+ years of hands-on development experience
- Have function domain knowledge of CPG and Finance Domain
- Good understanding and background of data analysis, visualization and SQL
- Good understanding of unstructured and semi-structured data handing and storage technologies
- Ability to lead and deliver with Agile, DevSecOp teams and environment; Experienced with agile development methodology (i.e. SAFe Agile)
- Past working experience on a fast paced and agile environment
- Hands-on experience with MS Azure cloud
Non Technical Skills:
- Experience working with Business / functional team to identify business problem, assessing the challenges and developing solutions.
- Ability to present to senior executives, establish RoI based on deep understanding of hyperautomation solutions, customer business problems and drive adoption
- 3+ year of project management and working experience on tools like Clarity, Jira, MS Project etc.
- 2+ year of working experience on a fast paced and agile environment.
- Exposure to DevSecOps process and tools like Azure DevOps and SAFe Agile Methodology.
- Conversant with Project Planning, Estimation & Analysis process and methodologies
Differentiating Competencies
- Should be able to work in Matrix environment
- Build Capabilities by Training people on various RPA, AI-ML Technology Platforms
- Drive initiatives from Inception to Delivery
- Should be able to articulate the concepts to various stakeholders to gain the confidence
- Should be able to work with teams and stakeholders across geographies
