What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute marketing acquisition strategies to grow membership in all tiers of the AMC Stubs program, leveraging customer data, test and learn, promotional campaigns, and continuously improving marketing tactics
- Build theatre crew participation by introducing compelling membership acquisition incentives and highlighting the importance of the program
- In partnership with Guest Analytics team, enhance reporting and monitoring of member acquisition KPIs, including member growth, promotional performance, etc. Develop actionable insights and act quickly to implement
- Effectively partner with Marketing, Finance and Accounting organizations to manage the Marketing budget. Develop forecasting goals and monitoring for AMC Stubs metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of loyalty marketing experience, preferably in B2C environment
- Proven track record in developing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention
- Strategic planning, promotional and program management skills
- Budget management skills
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to manage projects through all aspects of evolution, providing timely guidance, response, and action
- Advanced written and oral communications skills, with practical experience
- 6+ years in loyalty marketing
- Experience in B2C, retail-oriented industries with high velocity and scale, such as: eCommerce, hospitality/travel, entertainment, retail. Experience across multiple industries preferred
- Experience working closely with technical and analytics teams
- Analytical and uses data to uncover insights and opportunities to drive impact; ability to translate analysis into recommendations to teams
- Rapidly develop, prototype, and implement compelling value propositions, test programs and new ideas
