AMC has established Loyalty Marketing as a critical pillar in its corporate strategy and key across all marketing activities. The Manager, Member Acquisition will be a key member of the AMC Loyalty team. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow AMC Stubs membership (A-List, Premiere, Insider) across both online (e.g., website, app) and offline (in-theatre) channels. The position will be responsible for engaging in-theatre crew members to drive sign-ups and cast incentives. The Manager will also effectively partner with all marketing teams and Finance to manage the marketing budget and forecasts.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop and execute marketing acquisition strategies to grow membership in all tiers of the AMC Stubs program, leveraging customer data, test and learn, promotional campaigns, and continuously improving marketing tactics
  • Build theatre crew participation by introducing compelling membership acquisition incentives and highlighting the importance of the program
  • In partnership with Guest Analytics team, enhance reporting and monitoring of member acquisition KPIs, including member growth, promotional performance, etc. Develop actionable insights and act quickly to implement
  • Effectively partner with Marketing, Finance and Accounting organizations to manage the Marketing budget. Develop forecasting goals and monitoring for AMC Stubs metrics
What we need from you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of loyalty marketing experience, preferably in B2C environment
  • Proven track record in developing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Strategic planning, promotional and program management skills
  • Budget management skills
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to manage projects through all aspects of evolution, providing timely guidance, response, and action
  • Advanced written and oral communications skills, with practical experience
Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners
What we also value (preferred):
  • 6+ years in loyalty marketing
  • Experience in B2C, retail-oriented industries with high velocity and scale, such as: eCommerce, hospitality/travel, entertainment, retail. Experience across multiple industries preferred
  • Experience working closely with technical and analytics teams
  • Analytical and uses data to uncover insights and opportunities to drive impact; ability to translate analysis into recommendations to teams
  • Rapidly develop, prototype, and implement compelling value propositions, test programs and new ideas
