Job Summary
The Analytics Manager will be responsible for analyzing operational risk, trends and controls. Develop and deliver performance-enhancing recommendations in regard to capitalizing on business performance opportunities and make recommendations based on ongoing data analysis and knowledge of industry standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage analytics team in collecting, reading, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data in preparation & generation of statistical and analytical reports.
- Guide and deliver effective reports for business development including but not limited to Performance Metrics, Inventory, Ranking.
- Collect, evaluate, and prepare reports and/or other complex statistical data, providing recommendations for Operations.
- Prepare statistical and narrative reports and recommendations and participate in the analysis and interpretation of data as appropriate.
- Collaboratively work with Management to solve account specific/individual issues related to data generation/analysis/interpretation.
- Perform UAT testing for system enhancements and new projects.
- Work in accordance with the rules, roles and responsibilities set/specified by immediate supervisors.
- Define and manage achievement of client performance objectives.
- Participates in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
- Maintains and assigns work instructions / procedures as necessary.
- May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Security

Qualifications
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline is desirable
- 2 or more years of experience in collections
Knowledge
- Knowledge of collection practices
- Knowledge of compliance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically proficient in Excel and Access
- Report preparations and techniques
- Experience and proven ability to generate and analyze performance data of the account(s).
- Proven ability to prepare and present reports accurately within set deadlines.
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a commitment to see proposals/reports through to their completion and effective maintenance of the same.

- Working knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
Clearance
As a federal contractor, this position requires U.S. citizenship and security clearance granting access to classified information. The background investigation is conducted by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and is an evaluation of the whole person to determine suitability. The suitability review begins after a conditional offer of employment has been accepted and will include a review of your employment, education, residences, references, criminal history and credit, as an example. Some of the most important factors in an investigation are the individual’s honesty, candor, and thoroughness in the completion of their security forms. In rare instances, non-U.S. citizens with highly specialized skills and experience may also be considered for the security clearance process.

Work may require frequent weekend and evening work. This position has travel requirements and may require overnight travel.
