Your tasks
Job Overview
Working as part of the Regional Customer Management team, this role is responsible for training and implementation, associated JDA WMS Design Specification inputs, IT hardware configuration specifications, and system integration testing in support of new site implementations and steady state operations.
What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)
- System change requests management across all live implementations and operational sites (programmer level CR management including rollout)
- JDA WMS & IT hardware (printers & scanners) configuration Business Requirements Specification inputs
- JDA WMS configuration for site characteristics
- JDA WMS Solution Design inputs including cost and effort estimates
- Content and version control owner of JDA user manual
- Global JDA Business Requirements Specification owner and standardization controller
- JDA Business Requirements Specification validation (country customization)
- On-site IT hardware (printers & scanners) fit-out, set-up & configuration
- On-site systems testing (UAT across all operational processes)
- On-site JDA User training (across all operational processes)
- It systems commissioning and readiness sign-off
- Steady state system investigations of inventory deltas (discrepancies)
- Steady state Operations system investigations of inventory deltas (discrepancies)
- JDA WMS system enhancement opportunity identification, business case development and execution (where authorized).

- JDA knowledge Warehouse startup experience
- Strong operational knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 - 5 years of working experience
