Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled Manual Machinist on 2nd Shift. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of tools and components using a range of equipment, including a lathe, drill press, micrometer, and grinding machines.

$23-$26/hr + Quarterly bonuses & yearly raises! 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints to determine the required materials and equipment for the job
• Use blueprints to create the appropriate tools and components
• Operate machines to grind, cut, and polish materials
• Finish projects using manual tools
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure they remain in good working order

Requirements:

• Completed a Machinist vocational certificate or industry apprenticeship
• At least one year of manufacturing experience
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Experience in lathe machining and blueprint reading
• Knowledge of CNC Programming techniques and SPC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Experience:
