Education required: BS degree in one of the following areas: - Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Bio-medical science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Science, Data Science, Material Science or Engineering. Computer science experience (e.g. coding or programming) is advantageous. Graduation by Spring/Summer 2023

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Other requirements:

Willingness to be geographically (domestically) mobile throughout rotations

Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization. Applicant must NOT require future sponsorship for an employment visa status

We are looking for highly motivated engineering and science graduates who are keen to develop into the future engineering, operational and technical leaders. Working at our manufacturing sites you will help to ensure we have the latest, safe, efficient and reliable processes and equipment to deliver life-saving medicines and vaccines to people in 90 % of the world’s countries. This role will enable you to develop your skills in an industry that’s making radical changes to the way it develops and manufactures products

Our Future Leaders graduate program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You will have three challenging rotations in business-critical roles, primarily at our Zebulon (NC) site, where you will have the opportunity to meet senior leaders and network with other graduates. You will develop technical, engineering & manufacturing skills, while gaining valuable leadership experience. You will also be exposed to Digital and Data Analysis elements, as these run throughout the program.

What
will you do?

You will get an insightful experience into the manufacturing side of our pharmaceutical business, building knowledge across both Oral Solid Dose & Respiratory Manufacturing you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Build a detailed understanding of our pharmaceutical products, processes and manufacturing equipment (Respiratory and Oral Solid Dose focus)

  • Lead & drive improvement projects in safety, quality and efficiency - making a real impact.

  • Provide technical troubleshooting, conduct product or manufacturing investigations

  • Use and develop your digital and data analytic skills

  • Learn management and leadership
