Do you want to be a part of the critical infrastructure in today's growing technology? Vishay Electro-Films is currently seeking a 3rd shift Manufacturing Operator responsible for the day-to-day operation of the stabilization and adhesion process of custom thin film circuits. This includes equipment set-up and proper operation of the probe station. The Manufacturing Operator will help the area meet its daily production obligations by adhering to quality and workmanship standards and producing work on-time and at the expected production rate. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual looking to start or continue growing a career in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Process work orders through the Alloy area in accordance with the daily schedule
- Perform accurate set up of Probe station and bake ovens
- Measure substrates according to Material Process Instructions (MPS) in our Quality Link system
- Perform accurate transactions in our Avante system.
- Completely and accurately fill out all logs associated with your transaction.
Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to work the 3rd shift schedule 11:45pm to 7:45am, Monday – Friday.
- Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- 2 + years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to perform work under a microscope.
- Good hand/ eye coordination
- Perform basic Mathematical functions using a calculator
- Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.
- Must be able to learn to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to use a microscope to find and identify defects.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
Pay: $20.00 per hour.
