Top pay for candidates over 18 who has a boater's certificate and experience with operating boats.
Responsibilities include:

- Punctuality in following a schedule around opening and/or closing the pool
- Maintain the safety of our guests in and around the pool
- Perform patron surveillance with a rescue tube from the guard stand
- Remain alert and use all senses while guarding
- Represent StillWaters Resort by maintaining a professional attitude
- Communicate and enforce all StillWaters Resort pool policies, rules, and regulations in a professional manner
- Must be able to respond to an emergency and contact/activate EMS
- Provide reports on all accidents
- Handle all incidents in a manner appropriate to your training
- Provide customer service to guests, including handling guest conflict and complaints, as necessary
- Perform work safely in accordance with the departmental safety procedures
- Operate equipment safely and report any unsafe work conditions
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Responsible for keeping rental fleets clean, including detailing & waxing.
- Keeping cleaning supplies in stock and organized.
- When not cleaning, will be asked to assist other members of the team with reserving, checking equipment in & out as well as other duties.
- Responsible for opening & closing Marina. Be trusted with register & safe access.
- Help guest in reserving boats/ wave runners & other marina equipment.
- Must be able to step outside if needed on a busy day.
- Keep an open line of communication with managers.
- Must stay alert at all times to help keep our guest feeling safe (especially young kids) while on/in the water.

MUST BE 16 YEARS OF AGE WITH VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!!!
$200 SIGN ON BONUS at 30 days for those eligible. Must have boaters license & boating experience prior to starting day to qualify!
