The Market Coach performs duties to ensure the growth of markets under his or her supervision and assists Field Leadership in achieving Annual Business Plan targets and growth. A successful candidate will be customer and quality-focused, provide strategic vision and leadership that drives operational process, productivity, efficiency and bottom-line improvements in approximately 40 restaurants in one state.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the restaurant industry.
- Results-oriented with strong strategic and tactical planning.
- Strong knowledge of information systems.
- Ability to self-direct, lead teams and demonstrate the ability to drive results in a highly complex organization.
- Knowledge of operational excellence, financial metrics and profitability management
