What will you do in this role?

The Marketing Data Analyst is primarily responsible for the development of market research surveys utilizing Qualtrics. You will work closely with the Director of Market Research, the Product Development team and the Marketing team to create custom surveys using Qualtrics as defined by corporate goals.

• 
  Leads the survey data process
• Questionnaire development and design or metrics
• Independently develop and test custom solutions to unique survey requirements.
• Review survey requirement documents and provide clear and concise written feedback with regards to programming considerations.
• Assess and document performance, reliability, and efficiency of Qualtrics platform and related processes and regularly review with team with regards to future platform planning.
• Responsible for continuation and build of survey foundational platform to be scaled, expanded, and enhanced for company and department needs
• Assist the Director of Market Research with research, analysis, reporting, and forecasting for all divisions
  • Includes looking at permits, closing data, MLS trends, economic trends, news and the like
  • Assist in the creation of purchaser profiles by market and by community
  • Compiling, organizing, and analyzing data from Oakwood’s internal data capturing systems (KOVA): purchaser profiles, lead data, closing data, NHC data, etc.
  • Watch blogs, major news center and chat boards to stay on top of happening in the land arena and the single housing industry.
• Works closely with corporate and division marketing teams on lead tracking and ROI tracking templates and reports that merge data between direct marketing tactics and traffic and sales conversions.

You Have:

• 
  BA or BS, emphasis in marketing or business analytics preferred
• Experience with the Qualtrics survey platform desired.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
• Ability to create and drive processes.
• Excellent written and oral skills.

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Bonus Type: 10%
