Marketing Coordinator
This job description outlines the objective, primary responsibilities and/or requirements and qualifications of the Marketing Coordinator.
Objective:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing and social media, business development, and public relations plans.
This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining and expanding marketing channels/methodologies to the industry retailers and public at large.
Responsibilities
- Make sure that infanttech’s mission, corporate and product branding vision are included in marketing communications.
- When necessary make updates to infanttech’s website.
- Contribute in the development of infanttech’s desired brand identity and positioning: assure consistent communication between infanttech team and customers by following the brand commitment.
- Support customer service in maintaining our brand voice.
- Update infanttech’s media kit- including updated logos, product descriptions, etc.
- Coordinates any special and/or cause related events as they relate to marketing, i.e. photoshoots, videos.
- Responsible for the coordination of trade shows, including marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Coordinates with social media rep to ensure posts are following branding plan.
- Coordinates with marketing manager in implementing an email targeting campaign for potential infanttech customers.
- Frequently communicates with infanttech’s social media tech to support with answers to customer inquiries, and to sense our consumer’s thoughts pertaining to infanttech products.
- Ensure consistent images and messaging are showing up on infanttech sales platforms.
- Goal oriented and maintains monthly and weekly measurable goals
- Content creation for all social media platforms and community management/engagement
Qualifications Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.
- Proficiency in working with shopify platform, including website changes.
- Proficiency in Klavyo
- Proficiency in social media platforms, in particular FaceBook, Twitter, tiktok, and Instagram and is on top of latest trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong creativity and strategic thinking required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Photography and videography skills, not required but a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
