We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing/Customer Experience Specialist based on premises at our corporate headquarters in Flowood. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
The Marketing/Customer Experience (CX) Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs and initiatives that provide a positive, differentiated experience for the Company’s customers. As an advocate for the customer, the position is accountable to challenge the Company to provide the best possible experience with each customer interaction. This is a mid-level marketing professional position that reports to the Marketing Director.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Refine and oversee the Company’s processes for collecting and documenting customer experience (CX) feedback and help operational departments use this information to improve the delivery of experiences and develop new product and service offerings.
- Track customer feedback survey metrics, analyze trends, and partner with management to interpret results and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide monthly customer experience progress reports to management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and deliver department specific training for all customer-facing employees, fostering company-wide commitment to consistently provide excellent customer experiences.
- Develop and implement programs and tools to elevate and improve customer experience and to drive employee CX awareness.
- Perform periodic inspections and audits of the Company’s retail stores to ensure required merchandising and marketing standards are in place and being maintained.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Associate or higher level college degree from accredited institution in a marketing, business, or equivalent discipline required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of customer service/marketing experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce CRM, and social media platforms. Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data.
- Refined written, verbal, presentation/training, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management staff and employees.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and effectively execute in a dynamic, detail and deadline-oriented environment.
