Position Summary:

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to lead our email, SMS, and direct mail channels. You will be responsible for helping create cohesive and optimized programs to maximize performance, reviewing KPIs and implementing strategies for A/B testing and data analysis. This role will report to our Marketing Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead email, SMS, and direct mail programs across all brands by reviewing and implementing strategies for audience segmentation and campaign execution in partnership with brand specialists, graphic designers, logistics, buying, and ecommerce teams.
• Creating and maintaining weekly / monthly reporting
• Responsible for owning strategy and execution of all email, SMS, and direct mail marketing calendars, A/B testing strategy and plans
• Oversee day-to-day email campaign productions, including ticket management, stakeholder & cross-functional communication, design, content, segmentation, deployment, and optimization
• Project management across all email deployments. Testing and QA on campaigns, send previews to cross functional teams, approve and finalize deployments
• Partner with Brand Specialists in optimizing email, SMS, and direct mail content and develop new content
• Manage ESP vendors & agency partners
• Learn and grow in your marketing expertise, and become a leader in your functional area and beyond

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5 years of experience in CRM management and email marketing
• Experience with enterprise level ESPs - Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Salesforce preferred
• Experience with project management systems - Asana, Jira, Trello preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills / verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working directly with creative teams
