Shift: 6:30 am - 3:30 pm

Pay Rate:$18.38/hr.

Position Overview:

• Provides material handling support to warehouse, quality and production departments to ensure on time receipt and delivery of material. Is responsible for safe and damage-free movement of material by use of pallet trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Has ability to diagnose basic inventory discrepancies.
• Has knowledge of material handling work procedures, pick lists, and protocols.
• Works under the direction of supervisor and in the support of warehouse, quality and production team leads and senior assembly personnel.
• Is responsible for safe and damage-free movement of material by use of pallet trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Has ability to diagnose basic inventory discrepancies.
• Has knowledge of material handling work procedures, pick lists, and protocols.

• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 6 months of experience in Warehouse Picking
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
• Ability to stand to perform job duties
• Ability to reach, grasp and lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull and slide heavy material
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, crawl and climb
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to learn all equipment operated in the facility, and follow established processes
• Can lift 40 lbs. (max weight to be lifted 40lbs)
• Can work 12 hrs. daily
• Can work up to 6 days a week
• Can stand for long periods of time
