Flex Force Staffing, LLC is looking for an experienced Material Handler to join our team at our client site in Lincolnton, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products within our organization. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to lift heavy objects, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of inventory control procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks is required.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
• Inspect materials for defects and damages.
• Ensure that materials are stored in the proper area and in the correct manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all materials received, stored, and shipped.
• Follow safety protocols when handling materials.

Shift and Pay:

• Day Shift - 7a to 7p - $17.00 / Hour
• Night Shift - 7p to 7a - $17.75 / Hour
• 2 x 2 x 3 Schedule
