What a day in the life of Member Contact Center Representative (MCCR) looks like:

• Assist members with account inquiries, transfer of funds, and stop payments over the phone and online platforms
• Provide members with information on loan applications status, loan payments, and loan payoff amounts
• Provide history and statement copies
• Process wire requests
• Ability to set members up for electronic services
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to members; use and understand phone system as instructed
• Actively expand existing member relationships by cross selling products and services or referring members to appropriate sales staff
• Actively being a part of an awesome team

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• 6 months to 1-year related experience in a customer service position
• Must have pleasant and professional phone manner and service skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and be able to work for extended length of time on the phone
• Must be computer literate and have skills in effective written and oral communication.
• Familiar with 10-Key and type at least 35 words per minute
• Must have excellent interpersonal, member service and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with members and other employees
• Flexibility in work schedule with remote options after training
