Alliance Clinical Network is now seeking a MD or DO for an open position as a Clinical Research Investigator in Las Vegas, NV.

Part time/ Full time position available, full training is provided.

Must be licensed in the State of NEVADA .

Starting at $100.00 - $150.00/hr DOE.

What is clinical Research?

Clinical Research is a process utilized by the medical industry and mandated by FDA law for new drug development. When a drug is first developed it must be tested to insure safety and effectiveness, along with creating safe dosage levels and documentation of short/long term side effects. Pharmaceutical companies hire private practice physicians as PIs to help recruit, administer and test new drugs.

As a physician, what would be my role?

Physicians are considered to be leaders when taking on a research study, this leader position is called Principal Investigator (PI). The type of work performed by the PI is similar to the procedures performed at his/her clinic. These procedures can be physical exams, blood collections, lab reviews, medical diagnosis, assessments and treatments. Research subjects are seen at the PI’s clinic and are scheduled for appointments similar to a physician’s regular practice.
