Job description

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, including cars, trucks, and other motorized vehicles.
• Perform basic care and maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and tune-ups.
• Identify issues with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and components, and repair or replace as necessary.
• Install various parts and components, including brakes, suspension systems, exhaust systems, and engines.
• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems and make accurate diagnoses.
• Perform routine inspections and testing of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Communicate with customers about the work that needs to be done on their vehicles, including estimates for cost and time required.
• Order parts and supplies as needed and keep an inventory of commonly used parts and supplies.
• Keep records of repairs, maintenance, and other work done on each vehicle.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and advancements in the automotive industry.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Forest Lake, MN 55025: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
