Medical Assistant: Candidate must have exceptional customer service skills a must and represent the practice in the most professional and courteous manner. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Position will require working closely with the physician in a fast pace environment. Candidate must be familiar with an Electronic Medical Record system and possess exceptional computer skills and competency. Position is full time including some evenings and travel to other sites. Positions offers a competitive salary, benefits, 401K pension plan, and Paid Time Off.

MA -Proficiency in using an Electronic Medical Record system including appointment scheduling. -Knowledge of medical terminology -Ability to communicate with patients pleasantly and keep them informed during their visit here -Demonstrate patience and understanding in working with hearing impaired patients. -Abide by HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
