**UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT**

Looking for a highly motivated individual interested in medical care for patients. This position involves taking patient history, demographics, medications etc. with accurate data input. Conducting a variety of glaucoma tests and scans with patients prior to being taken back for the doctor. Includes but not limited to visual acuity, OCT scans, visual field testing, corneal hysteresis etc.

• Previous ophthalmic technician experience or other medical professional field experience highly valued
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, quick thinking and dynamic learning style appreciated
• Applicant must have long term availability, be responsible, and be able to multi-task and take initiative. Applicant must be self-motivated, willing to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must to grow and succeed in this role
• Medical Scrubs are required - 2 complementary sets provided after hire (Black, Burgundy, Gray)

Locations and Hours

• Clinics located in Herndon, Centreville and Winchester - must be able to reliably commute to Herndon and Centreville offices throughout the week.

• Winchester once a month - $50 gas compensation.

• Mon-Fri // 8:00 - 4:30 // 72-80 hours biweekly. Paycheck by direct deposit only.

COVID-19 POLICY

• All staff members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination on hire.
• All patients and staff are required to wear masks at all times while on the premises

• Accrue PTO after 90 day probationary period
