North Austin Urology is located in Round Rock, North Austin and South Austin. We are currently looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing team! This full time position will have our new team member working at our Round Rock and North Austin locations.
Position Description
- Assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician
- Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records information in patients' charts
- May be required to draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
- Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Medical Assistant in a medical clinic setting
- BLS certification required upon hire and must be kept current throughout employment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Our clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour break for lunch.
