We are looking to fill a 10-7 shift.

We believe in developing relationships with the people behind the bill to provide outstanding customer satisfaction for our healthcare clients and their patients.

Responsibilities of our Customer Service Representatives include:

1. Communicating with patients to help them resolve their healthcare accounts

2. Solving issues, setting payment expectations, arranging payments and requesting information from patients

3. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience demonstrating compassion and concern
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding listening, communication, problem-solving and research skills
  • Good computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task routinely
  • Professional presentation/appearance/demeanor
  • Demonstrated stable work history

Preferences

  • 10-7 shift availability only

All candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and a pre-employment national background check.
