Medical Claims Specialist
Job description
We are looking to hire an efficient claims specialist to handle all billing matters and verify medical insurance coverage for various patient treatments. The claims specialist responsibilities include liaising with medical insurance providers to resolve payment issues, ensuring claims are being paid or reprocessed in a timely manner, and submitting medical records as needed.
To be successful as a claims specialist, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of medical terminology and billing. Ultimately, an outstanding claims specialist should demonstrate exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and have the able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour
