We are seeking a highly reliable Medical Office Administrative Assistant who embraces these values to be part of our work family for the long-term. The position will be based in our fast-paced National City office and may float to our El Cajon office, as needed.

Primary responsibilities may include managing inbound phone calls and verifying insurance eligibility, checking patients in/out, coordinating referrals, making confirmation calls, managing faxes, rooming patients, and more. Understanding of insurances and maintaining HIPAA compliance are key components of the role.

Required Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish or Arabic, dependable, excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, quick-learner, detail-oriented, proficient with computers and electronic medical records, team player, ability to multi-task, HIPAA-compliant

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a medical office setting, dermatology experience

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 - 4:30/5:00

Salary: $17.00-$18.00/hour, depending on experience

Required education: High school or equivalent
