Cohen Medical Centers is a Rheumatological/Internal medical practice & infusion center where we treat the whole person and look for root causes of illnesses. Practice includes fully staffed Rheumatology clinic including Rheumatologist, Physician Assistant (PA-C), medical assistants and administrative staff. In addition, there is a fully staffed on-site infusion center that provides infusible and injectable therapies that can help patients regain function, decrease pain, and improve quality of life. We have a total staff of approximately 20.

Candidates for this position should be able to perform the following tasks:

• Responsible for checking patients in/out of the office
• Insurance verification
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Performing administrative and clerical duties, such as filing paperwork, when necessary.
• Flexibility is ideal, may be asked to perform additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and HIPPA
• One year of Medical Front Desk experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma / (GED) or equivalent required
• Two (2) years of college preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
