Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Busy urgent care office in Lynn Haven, FL with immediate openings for front desk medical receptionist. We are currently open Monday - Friday, 7 am - 6 pm. We will be returning to our normal hours of 7 days a week, 7-7 on weekdays and 9-5 on weekends as staffing allows. We are looking for someone with open availability and the ability to work any shift as needed, with a focus on flexibility and willingness to work weekends as well.

Duties include greeting patients, verifying insurance, answering a multi-line phone system, scanning documents, etc. We would like someone who has at least 6 months of office experience, but willing to train the right person who can work in a close knit office environment. You must be able to work with minimal supervision, able to pick up things quickly. Applicants with experience in Aprima Medical Software go to the top of the list. Pay depends on experience.
