Job Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for processing all financial transaction requests to include: cash advances, withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and balancing. They will effectively make referrals for credit union products, educate members and promote the use of alternative service delivery channels and services. This position will actively assist the branch team in creating a meaningful member experience and will assist with a variety of transactions and the administration of the cash management responsibilities.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. They will have a strong passion for service and the ability to transform service experiences into relationships. They must enjoy helping people and interacting with others. DCCU exists to serve its membership. This individual will possess the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work as part of a team to promote an efficient and effective workflow. They will also have demonstrated excellent communication skills and a strong passion for exceptional service.
