Shift-( 5x8 Nights )
Job Duties:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES I. Knowledge of all code procedures. 2.Knowledge of personal hygiene training techniques. 3.Knowledge of psychiatric care techniques. 4.Knowledge of aggressive behavior management techniques. 5.Knowledge & training in CPR/First Aid. 6.Knowledge of admitting procedures. 7.Knowledge of intake calls. 8.Skill in organizing & prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines. 9.Skill in telephone, radio etiquette, & paging procedures. 10. Effective oral & written communication skills. 1 I. Ability to communicate effectively with patients & co-workers. 12. Ability to adhere to safety policies & procedures. 13. Ability to use good judgment & to maintain confidentiality of information. 14. Ability to practice Therapeutic Boundaries. 15. Ability to work as a team player. 16. Ability to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience & dedication. 17. Ability to accept direction & adhere to policies & procedures. 18. Ability to recognize the importance of adapting to the various patient age groups (adolescent, adult & geriatric). 19. Ability to participate in all aspects of patient care management. 20. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 21. Ability to meet corporate deadlines for trainings. 22. Ability to react calmly & effectively in emergency situations.
