We are a small private practice dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support with a caseload/population you get to be passionate about providing services to. We focus on providing the support to build your caseload and the administrative background work so you can have the full autonomy to focus solely and only on supporting your clients.

Ideal Candidates include:

• Fully licensed clinicians comfortable in a fully autonomous setting though may also enjoy the benefits of being able to network, support, and grow alongside other highly qualified clinicians.
• Strong background in treatment of trauma and dissociation as referral population may often include adult survivors of childhood abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault. Other areas of focus most often include Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, life transitions, and relational/attachment related concerns.
• Contractual therapist who enjoys full autonomy of schedule and preferred population/niche (if without requirement of supervision) with confidence in their ability to manage notes in a timely fashion, address and respond appropriately to clients' clinical needs, and remains up to date on requirements to maintain licensure in MD. (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, LCPAT preferred. LGPC and LMSWs encouraged to apply as well.)
• Remote or hybrid.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
