VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join their growing team!

Our Mergers & Acquisitions department is an investment banking team imbedded within our firm. This is a stand alone department focused on supporting our client needs with mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare in-depth financial overviews, analyze financial trends, and prepare financial models for purposes of measuring cash flows and performing valuations.
- Collect qualitative client or prospect information for purposes of aggregating and presenting in summarized format.
- Schedule and administer internal calls with key stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics for onsite due diligence
- Participate in the outbound call/email/contact efforts on sell-side and buy-side transactions.
- Prepare company profiles of potential acquisition targets for buy-side clients.
- Maintain CRM database.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- One year industry experience with knowledge of Data Analysis, Financial Modeling & Financial Reporting
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to do necessary research
- Experience with Capital S&P or Capital IQ/Pitchbook
GENERAL SKILLS
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Time management skills
- Is compliant with administrative tasks and deadlines, such as time entry, response to appointments, completion of goals and performance review.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Finance or Economics.
