Global manufacturer is seeking multiple Metallurgical/Chemical Engineers for for their heavy industry plant. Full time permanent positions. Co-Op/Internship experience with Metallurgy/Quality coupled with a Metallurgical/Chemical/Materials Science Engineering degree. No layoffs in company history, quarterly bonus that has historically paid well, and a great opportunity to learn and grow!

Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility evaluations of potential new steel grades and modifications to existing grades
• Ensure quality and consistency of product
• Support non-conformance disposition, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
• Develop and support product improvement, yield, and cost reduction programs
• Evaluate process performance and develop process improvement projects based on those evaluations
