The Team – Cloud & Enterprise Applications

We are seeking a market-facing and experienced business development professional with Microsoft selling experience that can assist with growing our Dynamics practice. This role reports directly to our Practice Director. In this role, you will work closely with the Dynamics team and subject matter experts to develop and capture new business and enjoy unlimited earning potential through your success. Advise fast growing companies and well-known enterprises (both publicly traded and privately held) on a wide variety of projects including Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, CRM, and Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).

Your Impact

  • As an Account Manager, you will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Your role will be to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new opportunities.
  • Your responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports.
  • You will answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Product Support and Product Development) to improve the entire customer experience.
  • You will have a deep understanding for client communication and understand consumer behavior.
  • Assist the team to meet sales goals and track sales pipelines while collaborating with our sales team to achieve quotas, keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services for the future.
  • Develop and capture new business to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify prospects and leads for new business, qualify opportunities, and manage the execution of sales pursuits.
  • Cultivate relationships with relevant decision makers as well as key influencers and strategic partners in the marketplace.
  • Manage a portfolio of target accounts and drive strategic account targeting program activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with members of the Dynamics team as well as Business Development & Marketing teams and client service professionals on a regular basis.
  • Actively lead and/or participate in the entire opportunity nurturing lifecycle, including development of cohesive pursuit strategy, coordination of pursuit team, and creation of sales presentations, proposals and SOWs as necessary.
  • Qualify, coordinate, and nurture inbound business development leads generated by marketing or other professionals.
  • Update and maintain Salesforce (CRM), including pipeline maintenance, to include detailed documentation of business development activities and support of sales process.

At a minimum, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience utilizing professional relationships with CXOs and other critical senior-level influencers to achieve business objectives.
  • Previous experience selling to senior finance and technology executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate $2M+ revenue annually.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, NAV, BC, AX, SL, data integrations, server maintenance, Microsoft licensing, ISV products, ISV selection processes, reporting and Power BI, PowerApps, M&A life cycle, data migration to Dynamics on-premise or cloud, system automation, and system selections.
  • Experience with both selling directly to end-client and through referral channels/centers of influence (i.e. technology partners, complementary professional service providers).
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong professional presence and ability to hold meaningful dialogue with c-level executives.
  • Experience developing and communicating complex value propositions.
  • Strong desire to collaborate with others internally to deliver robust, integrated solutions.
  • Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and organized.
  • Ability to work autonomously while possessing a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Preferably, you will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to not only secure new accounts but also expand and develop accounts for maximum lifetime value.
  • Familiarity with finance, accounting and technology.
