Ladybird Montessori School is growing! We are looking for an experienced Primary Lead Guide for a Children's House classroom. We are located on 14.5 acres and have a farm for the Elementary program that has an alpaca, goats, and chickens! We have a very close knit and supportive community at Ladybird and a staff that is like extended family. We are looking for a Guide who is passionate about Montessori education and the outdoors, as farming and gardening are a part of the curriculum at Ladybird. Ladybird Montessori has 4 Children's House classrooms and a very strong Children's House team that is wonderful to work with. Compensation depends on training and the years of experience in the classroom.

Requirements:

-Montessori MACTE approved AMS or AMI 3-6, and at least one full year as the Lead Guide in a Montessori Primary classroom.

-3 Montessori Professional References

-Bachelors Degree is preferred, but experience can substitute for bachelors degree as long as the Lead Guide is holding her/his MACTE approved Montessori Primary Certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
